In a recent discussion with a fellow photographer, I was challenged to describe my business and what I do...This is what I came up with...
Life and Memories preservation specialist.
That's it! In a nutshell. I take your life, your memories, your personality and character and I create an image that preserves it. An image, that allows you to go back even years later and remember that special time in your life.
Regarding my photography... I have also heard it said that one must develop a quality or characteristic style that clients will recognize.
For years it has alluded me...What makes my images different, or stand out from my fellow photographers?
Well I did a wedding last weekend and was reviewing the photos along with several other weddings from the past year and it struck me... they glow! Not like in the dark but there is a light to them. A feeling of warmth and joy. I like that! To me it is exactly what and who I would like to be as a person, not just what my pictures are.
Well along with the glow... there is one other thing I would like to hope is in the majority of my images. They are real! I love to catch expressions, personalities... the things that make you, you or your child, your child! Yes, those posed and intentionally planned portraits are timeless as well and we do them but, capturing you ... well...that is what we love most!

PRICING Senior Sessions225.00 plus tax Our Basics package includes a two hour photo appointment where we will take pictures indoor and out (weather permitting). Outdoor photos are anywhere within walking distance of our studio. There is no limit on the clothing changes or props you can bring. Whatever we fit into the 2 hours is up to you. You are welcome to bring your own music to listen to as long as there isnt any bad language. If you will be bringing a pet for your senior shoot please let us know before the day of your appointment. Your sitting fee will be due the day of the sitting. When your sitting is done, we will set up a free online gallery for you to view your pictures or if you dont have the internet, you may choose one of our other low cost proofing options. We average around 150 pictures during a session. 10 poses of your choice will be edited for free. Additional poses may be purchased at a processing charge of $10.00 per pose plus print costs..*Note: If you choose your 10 poses within 14 days of your photo session, you will receive 10 free sheets of photos. You dont have to place an order at that time. Only let us know which 10 poses you will be ordering from. This will speed up the ordering process and prevent the studio from being backlogged by too many orders being placed at the same time for editing. Once you have chosen the 10 images you like the most, we will begin to edit them. We will edit for blemishes, lighting, and sharpness. Then, we will get creative, providing several different versions or crops of your image. Once we are done editing, we will remove all unedited images from your gallery and replace them with the edited ones. You may want to share the gallery with friends and family at that time. Please inform your friends and family if you have plans to order pictures for them so that they will not place an order through the gallery For an additional $50.00, we will shoot an extra hour at the site of your choice as long as it is within 20 miles of our studio. Over 20 miles will be priced individually.
